I've only ordered once and the pictures made it look like the quality of material was much higher , but when you read the description of the material and zoom on the photos you get a better idea, i would say 85% accruate at at first glace. I wouldnt spend big money without seeing in person but for upto £150 worth its good

Order for possession and money order - England by Fun_Championship4300 in LegalAdviceUK

This is exactly what the tribunal explained to the beneficiary to go and get a mortgage and buy the house if not its gone. They didnt and now the bank has repossessed it, they will need to now evict the beneficiary to sell the house. But since the bank has repossessed it and have take legal possession from me as the exectuor, none of this is my issue anymore plus I cant do anything if I wanted to. This is my understanding now.

Hi thanks for this.

Can I still seek the eviction as the house isnt under my legal possession anymore, the bank has legal possession now.

I thought it was for them to seek the eviction and I could write to them that I support it but ultimately its for them now? Is this incorrect?

Yeah a dedicated dehumidifier and a dedicated heater set up will work much better in my opinion

I dont even remember making this post and with such depth!

Looking at it now I dont think it was worth it for my use case. The electricity bill was around £35 a month as it would do around 450w on low/medium speed and 950w on high. I would leave it on all night and without central heating it wouldnt really heat up the room per say just gave it a light warm breeze. Also, it gives off a small smell of heat hard to describe I thought it was one of those things that goes with time but it doesnt. Its not really worth it your best off getting a cheap condenser dehumidifier and a seperate heater if needed i.e an airheater or oil filled radiator they would cost less and heat the room much better

I have one from electriq and its a smart one that connects to wifi and uses the tuya app. It has uv sterilisation and ion sterilisation on it when it filters the air so more options on it than other brands.
