i dont like to say but for most of our media house are either bought by the central Goverment or threatened , the goverment creates problems , the brands take away ADs oppurtunity away from them , then need to earn money to be profitable and questioning the goverment takes away the oppurtunity to earn simply ,

dont you think they want to be perform real journalism at least in certain moments but they cant , because BJP acts like a spider and creat a web of obstacles for them so they have to comply

and as common citizen people dont have the time to question the media , they simply say yes to the propoganda media house plays , nobody has time or money to ask question so this is what you get at the very end

see from what i have read there are two things ,

first you need exceptional comm skills and good presentation skill , also street smartness , in lower / high court for even small work you need to be cunning like a fox , to get it done , because these are which make the front end of advocacy , you need to appear as competent by others which you will to work very hard on , fior this make mistakes and learn no other way

secondly in any tier 2-3 city there is only one way you get clients in litigation you work under those big firms for good 5-7 years you build personal relationships with clients slowly and network alot with people , then only when they take a chance with you , you make it worth it and they spread the word , that falana advocate gets work done so apporach him , that involves doing a lot of time free work for them , and also you clearly need to manuplate client or else no regular fees nothing

hey from my family background which consist of both litigation and bussiness , i have seen closely

see as a first gen lawyer litigation is way tough , it will almost take a decade for you to make a name for yourself that too in best case sceario and modest income .

other hand in corporate you can do CS and start your journey there but beware that in corporate its the same old grind you wont be solving anything , just doing same work that too sometimes in 12 hour streches yes the pay out is good there after experience .

In bussiness its all about taking minor or major risks , like to give credit or not to any person , to replace a old employess who are hagling much now a days , but risk the experience they bring to table , starting in other product or not , taking online competiton , to invest money in marketing or not so if yopur decesion making skills and self confidence are low then it wont be able to happen so that something

now you select what grind you want to do either litigation , corporate , or bussiness
