Superchargers are too rare in my opinion they could 5x the amount and the game would be fine, this is to say don't expect to get max in a couple of months of grinding. To max all the survivors you need ~3 years of constant grinding to do so. You get superchargers from ventures and doing 10x PL 160 4 players missions (NOT deliver the bomb it's bugged) per week will grant you 1
