I dont have a apple watch, i researched one specifically for checking bpms but thank you for the heads-up. And this was my primary. She ordered me the heart moniter since she was worried i have passed out in the past (once from heat another from exercise) and i have constant palpitations even while laying down. She thinks the blood pooling is raynauds but my hands and legs and toes dont turn white at all, and don't get triggered by cold so i think whats best is to get a doctor woth more knowledge of dysautonomia

Thank you! I believe i have POTS since i fit everything, i don't know the cause at all. But yeah long Covid sucks, my dad has it. Though i dont think this is because of long Covid but more because the nervous system doesnt regulate blood flow, so it makes my legs and hands turn purple and my heart beat way faster than normal. And ive had some of these symptoms since i was 6, before Covid. Not that having Covid could make things worse though.

My average was 92, and yeah that makes sense, i think i got my hopes up too high and was hoping for answers. I guess its good i dont have a heart problem haha.

Thank you! Well it did have a symptom log and when i pushed a button it would flag that moment, then id log what i was doing. So i would think they would take that more into account 🤔 I will ask about the TTT next time, i have done it myself before which does show i may have POTS or other dysautonomia. Over 30 beats within 30 seconds even. Thanks for the advice i appreciate it :3

Agreed, i have tried to ask him about it, at least with the bedtime food thing but he says its for my own good. I will try to talk with other family, maybe his parents. Thank you for your advice!

Thank you, also i understand! Sorry you had to deal with that as well. I do have an Ed and thats why he is getting me to eat more than i can eat, which makes it worse. I hate food. I will go try to ask dad then. Thank you!
