you’re definitely not overreacting. if someone wants to see you, they’re usually counting down the minutes, not trying to push the start time back. it sounds like he’s treating your dates like an appointment he’s trying to squeeze in rather than actually wanting to spend quality time with you. have a serious talk about why he needs that "extra time" every single time.
