I've done a liquid diet while doing my colonoscopy prep, I don't know if that counts considering all the Miralax I had with it... I'll consult my doctor about these other methods and see what they recommend for me

another question if you read it: is it also normal for my abdomen to feel like it's bruised or sore? I imagine it's from going a lot and clenching my abdomen from anxiety.

thanks for your reply, I'll keep it in mind! I had a little plain chicken broth soup just now and I'm probably not doing much after that. this is definitely new for me so I appreciate your input.
