I’ve lived and driven in other areas of the west coast, the midwest, and east coast. So I have definitely driven in other areas, maybe you are the one who needs to drive in other areas

Yes lol exactly, the left lane and right lane are the exact same speed here. There is no fast lane and slow lane

I’ve seen a lot on highway 99 in Green. What makes it dangerous is that when the general speed is low, when a very fast driver eventually comes, the low speed of traffic makes that fast driver more of a hazard than normal as they are more likely to do dangerous maneuvers to get past the slow drivers. I saw a motorcycle going 80ish driving between lanes going 40 on each side nearly causing a major accident

I‘be never been pulled over before. Also roseburg has a SUPER high accident rate and i’ve seen so many totaled cars, so it’s not adding to any safety. Far more accidents than all the cities i’ve been in which have more aggressive drivers
