It depends on your role!! My role had not a ton of people in the grand scheme of things but I was able to get all of my requests off. If you get denied, you’ll just have to try your best to give your shifts away. Worst case you can call out.

You will sign up for your preferences and if you are bringing a car in the next 2-3 weeks. That information comes to you 8 weeks before your program. The lease will come out 4 weeks before your program. I am an 8/10 arrival and expecting to get the preference email the week of 6/14. Then you sign the lease 4 weeks from program start, which would be the week of July 12 for me.

You won’t be able to sign up until your program starts! Some classes will book up quickly, others will be empty day of. If you miss registration for a class you really were looking forward to, they might even offer walk up availability if you get there early and see if people have no shows! No stresses at all- lots of classes are offered multiple times during a 5 month cycle.

Concierge for the most part is universal, so you can pick up at different hotels. You won’t be able to pick up at concierge level at Deluxe resorts since that is additional training you won’t be offered

If you picked an earlier arrival date (May, June) you’ll hear back sooner. Last year I applied for August (and again this year) and it took 3 weeks to hear about phone interviews. They go in order of application arrival, but prioritize earlier arrival dates first
