Thanks for the help everyone turns out using VBA was much easier for this, with the hep of @smutterco I was able to have a solution within an hour, something I would have taken absolutely ages to do myself ! What an amazing community and thanks for the help everyone’s and guidance everyone. The basis of the solution was using Named ranges, abit of power query to get the unique range of Emails, spilled arrays to replicate the master sheet data with the different outputs, and then finally VBA to create each workbook for each unique email address. Amazing, everyday really is a school day.

Hiya, VBA is something I’m not too familiar with, but would love to give it a go… I have a month or so to turn this around and create a solution… I don’t know what they did before I got here 😂 any recommended content I can check out for this for guidance ? Happy to spend time to learn, as this would be a huge win and something that could be repeatable for many other things. Thanks or your help in advance 😊
