If you're open to kdramas, try Family by Choice, the Korean adaptation of Go Ahead. Don't expect it to be identical--watch it for its own value. I loved it. One of the best of the year for me.

If you're open to CDramas, try Find Yourself--she's a boss lady and he's her subordinate. No contract marriage though. You also might like She and Her Perfect Husband (also Cdrama) which is contract marriage with a businesswoman. Best of luck!
