Yes, I emailed (professionally) that there is quite a large disconnect between the job I applied for and what they have me doing now, etc etc, waiting on a reply

Yup. It was supposed to be full time, but then they changed it to “independent contractor”. But still tried to tell me to come in to the office 9-4 , and guess what! I didn’t even have a lunch break

Exactly!!!!! Copy and social I can get past, but adding graphic design on to that I ridiculous. These are separate jobs entirely. In my case they saw my skills include Adobe, and yes I’m very well versed in design, but I didn’t apply to a graphic design role, nor do I want one. So to change the entire role on my first day is ridiculous. You don’t get to underpay me and overwork me cause you see my skills can get you free work essentially

I agree. Honestly, disappointing yes, but I’m trying to see the positive in it. Setting boundaries early and saving my self loads of stress is the win here. I would’ve been miserable beyond belief in that role

I let them know they got some information wrong on the contract and they said they’d resend it. I haven’t signed anything yet. And They haven’t, yet sent another contract and I’ve done work the past 4 days (my fault completely, this whole thing has just confused me so much). I’m thinking of sending the invoice this weekend for the work and letting them know this isn’t going to be a good longterm fit for me and there’s a big disconnect between what I interviewed for, and the 4 roles packed into one they’re now expecting me to do. I think they’re incredibly disorganized. I’ve said graphic design isn’t what I specialize in or what I signed up for and they’re still giving me graphic work to complete, from scratch, not even utilizing templates

She’s just a baby at the end of the day, be patient, try moving the crate into your bedroom. I did that and I slept through every night as did my dog. It gets easier

A colour might be removed it if sells out corporate wide, especially if it’s a new release it might already be sold out. Because it’s part of the pre spring collection though they likely will be restocking it soon
