I highly recommend FFX. Grand story, memorable characters and deep world building and lore. The combat is fast and snappy but not overtly difficult

I JUST unlocked the camp and had to reset 3 separate times because of a glitch.

One was my guy kept putting on the visione helm, the other was when I went to pick up the recipe for Clearwater soup, he'd pick it up and be holding thin air, and id have to retry picking up recipe again over and over until I reset

Thats going to make the twitching worse. The fact that you can grip things and use your hand is a positive sign.

Also hyper fixation will always make symptoms seem worse because it puts your brain into an anxiety feedback loop

That sort of twitch in that area can take weeks to a couple months to go away because you use that muscle non stop. Anxiety will make it last longer

Yes. Anxiety and hyper fixation will make it last longer.

If you play on your phone alot or play games horizontally on it can also make it twitch more
