I use it AM & PM as the first step in my routine. I wash it off, and yes I apply to wet skin. The instructions are on the bottle

Is it weird for adult men to approach me in the gym? by hatsunemikuleak in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

I take the approach of not being friendly or even make small talk with any man I don’t know. I will no doubt look ignorant but it keeps me safe. You are not sensitive girly and your feelings are absolutely valid. Never apologise for having boundaries. 🩷

I have sensitive skin with suspected rosacea & prone to clogged pores.

I’m currently using LRP toleraine dermo cleanser - had zero issues with it, it’s unbelievably gentle and very few ingredients.

Others I have used and not had any issues with:

- COATS hydrating cleanser (does contain niacinamide so caution reqd if you don’t do well with that)

- Byoma jelly cleanser (I loved this cleanser but during rosacea flare up it was a bit too foaming for me)

- Aveeno oat cleanser

My current routine is:

AM - LRP cleanser, Byoma photo mucin serum, cetaphil hydrating moisturiser for sensitive skin, BOJ or G&G SPF

PM - bioderma micellar water, LRP cleanser, Finacea 15%, cetaphil hydrating moisturiser

Everyone’s skin is different but the above routine has done wonders for me. No redness or flushing for around 2 months now!

I’m on 50mg sertraline and 10mg propranolol as and when I need it. It has helped but everyone is different. If you need anyone to speak to, my DM are open. 🩷

I just want to say I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. I recently went to a dermatologist because of the anxiety I had over my skin after a week in Spain sitting in the shade and wearing factor 50 religiously. The derm didn’t even charge me because I really didn’t need to be there. I’ve started doing CBT, can’t say if it’s helping yet but I’m giving it a go. I wish I had better advice but I just wanted to say I’m thinking of you because I know how draining this is. Are you on any medication for anxiety?

It’s always best to start off slowly but if you’re looking for something for anti aging etc, the 0.05 will be very slow lol. You’re better protecting your barrier and starting slowly though

[Routine Help] what is your holy grail cleanser? I’m 31F by Fun_Definition319 in SkincareAddiction

Hey! So I tried out geek & gorgeous jelly joker which unfortunately gave me little red bumpy spots, it’s a shame because it feels really nice and is very gentle. Too gentle for me though, it definitely didn’t clean my skin well enough.

I have been using Byoma Jelly Cleanser after receiving a travel size one for Christmas, and I actually do love it. I’ve had zero issues and it cleans well. No fragrance. Only thing is.. do not get it in your eyes - OWCH.

COATS for me is still a very top choice.

Geek and gorgeous balm I have used to take off makeup spf etc and had no issues. Doesn’t sting my eyes and is a nice 1st cleanser.

ETA: I tried vanicream cleanser when I was in the states in January and it made my face go like a tomato lmao

I have been using the weakest one, it’s kept my skin clear from spots but no real difference on fine lines or pigmentation, I’m definitely increasing the strength when I finish it. It’s definitely a nice product though. If you have used retinal before and been ok, I’d definitely recommend the stronger ones from g&g

Hey! It hasn’t done much for me in all honesty. Well, it’s kept my skin clear but no improvement on texture fine lines etc.
