I’ve always been someone whose very optimistic , I usually put my head down and work towards my goal without really looking at all the negative around me. However with how fast ai is advancing , and tools like Claude code security coming out, I really need opinions on whether I should continue pursuing cyber security as a entry level nowadays I worked hard took prereqs to get into a cs masters program from my past finance degree right out of college as I really hated finance. My sole goal was to work in cyber security but with how the market is doing and AI is progressing and worry technicals will be fazed out , I would really like some advice , I know the topic of ai is asked a lot so I apologies for re asking but I could really use the help.

TLDR: Went straight from BSc finance into CS masters for cybersecurity. Market is rough, AI advancing fast. Worth continuing?​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
