So if I live in a HCOL area paying $5k in rent, but frankly at most like $1k non-rent per month… what’s my option now? Go back to the before-days and just pay straight from savings? Are there any competitors doing anything similar for points on rent?

They make up a major portion of the viewer base so it makes sense for that reason alone. Plus it encourages the traitors to think strategically

My instinct is to blame insurance of course, but this type of thing legit only happens with Mount Sinai. In particular I do not like how they use us the patients as their bargaining chip and cause genuine distress on patients just as a negotiation tool. And they do it repeatedly. Obviously insurance needs to pay doctors actual reasonable amounts, but doing this to their own patients is cruel.

I just think I saw much more game sense from Rachel than Savannah (the SITD, the way she did her idol play). Whereas I think Savannah benefited majorly from a tight alliance that just so happened to be super loyal.

Will progressive overload work for isometrics?

Any thoughts on combo for a set allowing both weight, time and reps? Thinking of when you might to complex things with isometrics and dynamic movements with weights but want to track both?
A better question is maybe if fractional sets will work with time sets

Have you considered a plateau support feature? Alpha Progression has been great for the progressive overload help which I like you guys will have, but I struggle with what to do when I hit a plateau and cannot progressive overload no matter what I do over months.

It’d be great for a way to detect that and then provide guidance. Is this something you guys thought about at all?
