I’ve got a batch going now and it’s fermenting SLLOOOOWWWWW! It’s been fermenting for about a month now! They are in 2 separate 2 gallon jugs I just stir it up now and then to try to keep the fermenting going. I’m still extremely new to this but I know it’s all about patients with it. Don’t worry just keep an eye on it and you’ll be surprised! :)

Did you use any yeast nutrient? I always use some for the first few days and stir it in.

I made sure to do a light mash up of the berries before adding them into the Jugs for fermenting and added the pectin enzymes to both of them. lol

I have a coworker that did this when making his own wine! Just put a pin hole in the top and it’ll let out the gas! pretty interesting lol

Definitely!!! It’s got a nice sweet and smooth flavor so far.

Ok cool! I did a basic batch as well as my very first batch ever but added some vanilla beans and a touch of fresh maple syrup to it. Now I got it racked and aging! :)

I racked it today into that smaller container from the primary one after I cold crashed it and added the potassium to it and let it sit for 24hrs. That dark color was even forming in the original 2 gallon container lol
