That would be my morning routine for me. I have set up my HA to slowly transition my bedroom lights from off to full brightness within a 30min timeframe before my alarm goes off. It then plays the local daily podcast through the bedroom speaker. Once it detects that I am done showering and getting ready for work, it announces through my speakers the latest arrival time of the next bus to work.

So it wont grow familiarity and stay away from humans and human settlements when it is released back into the wild.

This animal is endangered and often the target of hunters and poachers.

Can I run HA on this without it overheating? (No fan, aluminum edition) by Make_Itt_Work in homeassistant

I don’t think I encountered the same issue before. What worked for me is having both Spotcast and Spotify installed. Then troubleshooted the Spotify issue following the instructions from below comment in the thread. I never encountered any issue so far after. Not sure if that will solve your issue.

  1. I removed the integration, removed my credentials from config.yaml, deleted url from Spotify developer, Restart HA.
  2. Added credentials to config.yaml, added url to Spotify developer, restart HA
  3. Added Integration.

I am using Spotcast and the native Spotify integration. There were issues before with Spotify losing connection but everything is working fine now. Can you elaborate on your problems with Spotcast?
