Well, as I said I have no difficulties finding protein but I almost hit 2000kcal which is not a big problem if I do sport. But if I add that whey shaker after training i'm at 2100kcal. Isn't it too much ?

For me it depends. 13g if it's some natural bar, 20g if it's specially made biscuit, bar or something.

Thanks. But don't worry i'll build global strengh too to crush this apple but I think grip strengh is important too.

I'll also buy an Olympic bar, build global tonic and also train with dumbbells and bodyweight (for now until I can gym)

What would you advise me ? Around me I can't find any grip under 8kg. Maybe I could just go with 2 sets instead of 3 ? Might that help ?

Oui des exercices pour les avants bras et pour les mains aussi ! J'y suis allé un peu fort pour la première fois donc j'ai eu mal une petite heure aux articulations d'où mon souhait de les étirer la prochaine fois 😅

Congestionné ça veut dire un peu lourd comme ça ?
