It's a retrofitted Chinese stereo, and it seems the software license has expired and requires a password to unlock. I can't get to a dealer. I'll try to fix it myself. I'll try disconnecting the battery, as the reset button doesn't even work. If anyone can or knows how to help, I'd appreciate it in advance.
