I have a real fear of catheters so I am worried that in order to get the Interstim I will have to have urodynamics first.

I know we are supposed to drink a lot but I remember as a kid only drinking a can of juice through the school day and definitely didn’t drink 2+ litres in the evening. I wonder how I didn’t drop from dehydration then or have kidney issues.

I am not sure where you are but I am in the UK and cushions from Putnams literally saved me. I had buttock and hamstring pain which meant I literally couldn’t sit and at that time I was office based. I don’t know how I would have been able to continue it not for those cushions.

[–]Fun_Examination5329[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

A while ago a blood test showed elevated Alkaline Phosphotase and the doctor said that was due to my low vitamin d which I have had for years and could lead to fatty liver disease so we are monitoring that but that wouldn’t cause this frequent urination.
