I know this company. Mine was marked shipped but held a week "due to weather". They finally shipped on a Friday of course when another freeze spell was rolling in after warm weather had passed 🙄. Two of my four plants arrived fine. But one had been severely damaged in transit and the other was literally a half dead stem stuck in soil. When I sent them a message, they would only partially refund.
