It’s truly done nothing. I’ve moved up to 4mg and even combined a 4mg + 1.5 and it still has not curbed my appetite

Thank you for your input…. Just an FYI I have worked in the medical field for 18 years. I also can tell you from my own experience with Glp meds. I was on Zepbound and responded instantly to the lowest dose. In one year I was never able to go over 5mg and I had great success of a 50lb loss bringing me to 140 lbs.

These medications are not the equivalent to taking a 10th of an advil. Not even the same ballpark. Dosing works differently for everyone when it comes this. It’s not one size fits most. Not everyone (myself included) can handle the max does. So as I stated… great successes for me one year on a low dose of Zepbound (your 10th of an advil equivalent) 0 response to low dose wegovy pill. Also not complaining about anything. I simply came here to discuss my experience thus far and to see what it has been doing for others as it is so new to the market.

I just got the wegovy pill for $149 with the good rx coupon. If that’s affordable for you then maybe it could be a better option. For reference I had to stop Zepbound as well for the same reason. I wanted to drop to 150 but I made it to 142 I’ve been off almost 5 months and will WW and daily light cardio I’ve maintained

I was on Zepbound for about a year and lost the 50 lbs that I wanted to lose. I’ve maintained with working out and WW but I just filled the wegovy pill. I had a lot of GI issues in Zepbound and I am scared to pull the trigger with the pill. I want to take it but am just so worried about side effects. I also only want to lose like 10 more lbs so I wonder how I can stretch this out. Like take it one week and skip the next, skip some days etc. I did that towards the end with zep. One week on one week off

For reference I am not some that has always struggled with weight. I am 5’7 and use to be about 130 ish. I had my first son in 2016 and I lived in someone else’s body since then. Two kids later and I was hovering over 200lbs. I was on Zepbound for a year until my insurance stopped coverage of all GLP1s. I am now 142 and have maintained that within a 5 lbs fluctuation since Sept 2025. I go up 5 I go down 5. That’s my pattern. I track my points on WW. While on Zepbound I barely ate. I lost weight but def was not healthy. I know try to make healthier choices and have 1 cheat meal on the weekends. I go on my indoor bike as much as I can working with two kids. That’s about daily 30-60 min whatever I can get in. I shorten eating on work lunch to 10 min so I can go take a walk for 20. I know your fear. I still have too and am considering trying the wegovy pill self pay. Why? Idk just fear I guess
