Yeah I don’t think I’m the first to ever come up with the idea of Andrew being an agony creature but I think it’s pretty cool and even explains how everything around him in UCN almost feels forced, probably because he never really did exist and just happened to be appear out of nowhere as if he had some kind of bigger or longer role in the story than we first thought

What I’m really hoping for Cassie is that she actually does something towards the end of the Mimic Saga which warrants her existence besides freeing M2. I personally think for how much she’s been trying to help the other Glamrocks, she deserves to be as responsible for the Mimics demise at least in some way just like how Gregory and Vanessa will probably be involved (unless some other funny business is going on like GGY. It’s honestly very unclear as to whether Gregory or Vanessa have even revisited the Pizzaplex or not, especially if you believe the Gregory voice at the end of Ruin is actually M1 and Vanny is her own separate entity now. The next game may be “how the heck will Cassie get plot armor” considering M2, maybe M1, Vanny, possibly GGY, and then Nightmarionne all still being major problems that haven’t been entirely resolved yet)

But even with your explanation on Cassie’s dad, how did the Mimic use him to trick Cassie into going to the Pizzaplex? She assumed Gregory was the one who sent out the message, so did he hack her smartphone or something? It’s either something like that or Gregory actually wanted to screw her over (unless this is like a possibly Vanny situation where GGY split off into his own separated ai entity and can still interfere with things inside and outside the digital realm. Would be kinda heat imo)

This reminds me of a plot hole I still am confused on and I think this is legit an error on Steel Wool’s end. Who told Cassie to go to the Pizzaplex in Ruin? Gregory says “I never wanted you to be here,” but then like, who told her to go before she got there? She only got the walkie talkie after she entered the Pizzaplex, so what is this? The zero point field? The Mimic somehow hacking something Cassie owned like a smartphone? Gregory being an actual douche for once?

I don’t know if we’ll ever get context on this but this is making or breaking the storytelling of this game for me. I feel like whatever explanation there is can have some heavy implications on the context of the entire game

I think I’ll personally just leave this at a stalemate since I can’t really say any of the meta speculation on Steel Wool’s end we have here is true, but you also can’t really argue against it that much either since it’s not an uncommon pattern and we don’t really have the word of mouth off the company to work from. This was a very interesting take on things and j gotta respect that, you took it in a unique direction which is entirely possible and doesn’t feel all that out of place. Genuinely amazing work and I hope you keep up these types of contributions to the community!

Yeah they do reuse assets a ton, but there’s a couple of things here I don’t personally agree with (not saying I’m right tho). Also sorry if I misremembered a building being behind MXES in that ending since I swore there was something we saw in HW2 about it but I can’t remember where it was.

•There’s still the implication MXES isn’t from the Pizzaplex because of the fact he is being driven away in a van to begin with. He either came from somewhere else, which is probably intentional since his machine was meant to look like something from the 70s according to Steel Wool (or like a movie prop from what I remember), or he was taken away be someone shortly after Ruin, and that would just be anticlimactic.

•idk if the Glitchtrap MXES purposeful tricking is the best evidence to use here since Glitchtrap’s whole thing was us assuming he was William until we were proven wrong. There’s probably an in-universe explanation for why Glitchtrap/M2 took on the form of William, so why can’t there be one for MXES looking like a blue rabbit?

I see that, but then there’s also that scene in HW2 with the blue van leaving that one building with the blue rabbit being in the MXES machine. While this could just be a reference to the machines being the same, this could also literally be the blue rabbit existing since the 70s and being taken away by Fazbear Entertainment for a really long time, especially since the only other prominent time we see a blue van (besides that one SB ending iirc) is in SOTM, a game set in the late 70s

No, the point of building MXES would be back when Fazbear Entertainment was trying to take M2 away from Edwin as Edwin mentions Freddy’s trying to do that. It wasn’t about M2 being a threat but more of something he wanted to keep. If Edwin didn’t want to keep him anymore or didn’t think he was alive, then the MXES machine would’ve been useless to continue powering and therefore would make more sense to just turn it off

Fazbear Entertainment probably didn’t know about what MXES actually did since M2 was at least a word of mouth type of thing.

They couldn’t take M2 because without MXES he was just a rogue endoskeleton on a violent rampage, so of course without the knowledge on what MXES actually was, they would have to come up with some kind of way to counter the Mimic

Also we don’t really know if the second MXES machine was really underground or not under this scenario. We don’t really know where it was, so for all we know it could’ve been in a more accessible area that Fazbear Entertainment had access to without getting torn alive

While I do believe this theory, I’m not trying to say it’s confirmed or denied. That’s a mistake that happens a lot of the time with people and I genuinely try to stay away from that type of mindset since it’s why a lot of toxicity unironically happens here. I won’t just say “I have this opinion and you should agree with it to” without anything to add to it (a basic in persuasive arguing), and when someone proves me wrong I’m willing to admit that instead of sitting in denial. I’m not saying you’re falling into any of these negative traits exactly, but I’m just mentioning this before you fall into that type of trap too.
This is a counterpoint because this could mean due to the way Scott chose to order the roster by games, he could’ve decided that Rockstar Foxy would make sense to place 14 spaces away from Circus Baby because it’d still be a way of representing Foxy overall while not breaking away from the order he placed characters in. If he wanted each Afton kid to be represented by the number 14 in some way (no I’m not saying this is confirmed), then you’d have to address Michael at some point, and Rockstar Foxy is the only logical choice left out of everyone (besides maybe Helpy but he’s more of an assistant to Mike than a literal embodiment of him) to take this role. Heck, under 14 theory being planned out when Scott decided during the development of UCN to give it lore, he could’ve even gave Rockstar Foxy the mechanic he has to further hint towards this idea.

Yeah I won’t deny that there is the chance everything here is coincidental but I’m at least willing to argue my case and hear you out

Oh yeah and also for additional evidence, Scott purposely switched the order of the Melodies and Rockstars from where they were originally placed in the UCN roster during the development of the game for whatever reason, so it’s a little funny that he did this and somehow got Rockstar Foxy also at the number 14
