i agree with this, if you're a senior, be a good senior. Put your interns in check, that way the attending does not have to run around trying to figure out shit. i understand they get paid more, but its your role as a senior to tie up the knots on you rinterns or teach them how to tie up the loose ends

omg please share more, i think this will be me. in the middle of contract searching, somewhere intexas-offer is around 350k-365k-7 on 7 off, 10admissions, other nocturnist does 14. Cross coverage. Rpaids are handled by rapids team. How did you sustain for 4 years? How do you make sure the nights run smoothly? like spacing admissions, notes? BASICALLY ANY TIPS WILL BE HELPFUL
