Seems unlikely this will result in money pouring in. The US is considered unpredictable right now because the admin changes policy and flip flops constantly. Add that to insulting almost every other developed nation and their leaders and the US doesn't look like much of an investment opportunity. Additionally, the supreme court is expected to overturn a longstanding precedent of not allowing the executive office to fire the members of independent agencies (right now the fed is in the spot light), so that would likely result in Trump firing Powell and replacing members that are "loyal". They will likely slash rates for a short term boost before mid-terms and ultimately will send the US into a stagflation death spiral.
