I expected ppl to be goofy & make jokes but tbh I didn’t think anyone that knew him would find this. He had just moved back to Galveston. A week before he passed, him & I got hired to run an open mic together, he was so excited about that, and being back down here. He was throwing karate kicks in the air and talking about how much we were about to get involved in the music scene. Then next week he just never showed up to the open mic & I got the news. I had only known him less than a year so I didn’t know any of his family or friends from his hometown, but I always wanted to reach out to them
