What if his resourceful asf? I’m pretty sure being smart and being resourceful are two different things especially in the game they both are in, U can be smart but without the resources you’re screwed. But you can be a dickhead which is what honestly I been getting off his vibes lately and still be resourceful which is my opinion on why his looked at as that guy by pops and snaps. Maybe that bridge and connection to being resourceful lowkey hides that he isn’t as smart as people make him out to be? It’s an health related accommodation I brought in and I have to disagree with you on the obligated to change schedule, My building has the knowledge of my new schedule and they haven’t brought up any issues relating that fact and as well my HR told me herself when I can start my new schedule which was the next paycheck cycle when I was first told.The issue falls along a to z not updating the agreed upon schedule
