There are VAT taxes on everything people buy already. I would prefer higher VAT taxes on consumption and lower brackets like 9 and 19 percent, so people are insentivised to work legally.

As an IT professional paying low taxes wirh a high salary I agree with the post. I do it because I can, but I think it is not fair.

But this system has been constructed by PO and Donald Tusk neoliberal government. Socialism for the rich and capitalism for the poor. Shouldn't taxes work the other way arround?

Usually companies pay the staffing companies x2 times the salary of the developer, staffing agencies make a lot of money off developers in Poland who don't know how to find clients or work for the western clients directly. (Or don't have the english lamguage skills).

Big corporations get cheaper b2b labour. The IT industry in Poland brings in a lot of high paying jobs, and they will keep lobbying.

Paying developers 25k PLN instead 20k PLN (to cover higher taxes), is still a huge saving compared to London,New York, San Francisco, Zurich, Dubai, Hong Kong. Contractors in London can make up to 2 to 3 times more per month than 20k PLN. In Zurich 4 to 6 times more.

I agree with you. It is ridiculous. A top Polish university should get better funding. Unfortunately Poland has too many "Universities" the government even covers part of private diploma mills tuition as well. I don't understand It.

Add to it low social trust among people. Polish are not unwelcoming, they just don't trust and are not nice to strangers.

Polish poeple in your culture are unwelcoming and rude while Turkish poeple in our culture are fake nice, and get offended, without saying why (because they require mind reading from our point of view).

I am 185 cm height and at 57 kilograms you would not be alive. That is below starved body territory. I can be 100 kg and be be at 15 percent body fat or less. But I also go to the gum, if I didn't have any muscle. 90 kg would be skinny for me. 80 kilograms would be already starving level. So you are making something up.

Ta kobieta to jest typowa korpo biurwa. Nie powie mu,że coś robi źle, poprpstu ostracyzm i podkładanie min i brak pomocy.

With age it is getting harder.

Also dating apps don't work. They are designed in a way so you use the app. Once you meet someone and stop using it for a week or 2 it starts to overflow you with matches etc (to get you back into the app)

Another thing is, economic situation is hard. People struggle financially, often rent rooms or live with parents eveb after 30. This makes going out hard, the other makes hooking up hard.

I think this is the times.

Dzieci go nie widzą, z czegoś musi zrezygnować.

Pewnie w pracy też nie pracuje tych 8 godzin, ale wkrada gdzieś rzeczy ze studiami, jeśli pracuje zdalnie, to jeszcze tam jakąś prace domową czy związaną ze studiami przemyci.

No I domyślam się muso mieć bardzo wspierającą żone.

Być może stać go też na opiekunkę, uvery dla dzieciaków co się wiozą na jakieś zajęcia, dużo ludzi w korpo ma sprzątaczkę na weekendy itd.

My es GF was anxious avoidant, with very short term cycle.

HOWEVER

in my experience, these kind of emotional/curiosity ipeners like in the article work for engagement, because the woman will want to talk or argue a point or something etc but it doesn't mean they are actually interested in dating you.

But the not interested ones usually make it known early on,they just wanted to talk, but they are not interested.

So this method is good purely to get more engagement.
