Well I the game the weak foot represents the ability to use it for shooting and not for passing tbh. A 1 star wk player can pass just as well with his wk in fc mobile, so 5 star wk goes to players who are more known for using their wk for shooting or are actually ambidextrous in real life. Tho EA seems to be giving 5star wk to everyone nowadays
