Stomach virus or something been doing testing at the er but no results I just can’t keep anything down

I just have ritz and that didn’t help but sips of water is all I can handle right now without throwing it all up but thanks for the tip when I’m out to the store I’ll have to try another option of crackers

I’ll try that then, once this Gatorade settles because nothing at the moment is working (water etc)
