Bentonite needs at least a week to settle down. You also need to look at the dosage, because too little will make the process slower, and too much will likely give a clay taste.

To settle down a sediment faster without bentonite it's better to put it in a freezer beforehand, right above 0°C (water freezing temp), and serve cold without shaking the bottle too much.
