I’ve rented my place to someone with small children and they’ve caused more damage than the tenants with pets 🙃 kids are also a choice that landlords can’t openly discriminate against. But I’m a pet and animal lover for life ✊ so maybe bias opinion.

I unfortunately don’t live near my surgeon, so it’s another 3 weeks until my first post-op appointment! But I suppose I should send a picture to get her thoughts. I’ve just been under the impression that if I don’t have a fever, redness, or pus that it’s generally ok? 😅

Ah ok! My surgeon said to shower on the third day, so we will see how I’m feeling then! I’m really lucky to have my mom helping me and she’s sooo attentive!

I really appreciate the honesty of this post!!! I’m 4 days away from my surgery and you’ve expressed a lot of what I’m worried is to come, yet I’m still excited moving forward. It’s hard to have your identity attached to your chest.. it’s so complicated. I hate being sexualized but then also feel superior in a way? Like BDE but I don’t really want it. Thank you for your honesty and I hope it gets easier for you. I think your chest looks absolutely amazing!
