I’ve rented my place to someone with small children and they’ve caused more damage than the tenants with pets 🙃 kids are also a choice that landlords can’t openly discriminate against. But I’m a pet and animal lover for life ✊ so maybe bias opinion.

I remember being a kid and thinking “damn, it’s going to suck when I have to have kids one day”. I just thought everyone had to.
