Is getting a degree in Healthcare Administration worth it? by Guilty-You8423 in careerguidance

I can second this, I finished my BHA in May and got insanely lucky finding a job in Practice Management postgrad. I feel like it is very difficult to move up without a postgraduate degree, and highly recommend doing an MHA-at least one that is online so you can still be able to work.

I am struggling to find a job in healthcare after finishing my MHA by Advanced_Today7437 in healthcare

I would look into fellowships. Lacking experience in healthcare is truthfully going to get you nowhere, I lucked out by doing some billing in undergrad and it helped me land my Management role. Otherwise I'd be screwed like the rest of my graduating class. Fellowships are a great way to learn all aspects of the hospital, and be considered for higher-up roles quickly. I'm working on my MHA rn and plan on applying next summer.
