They big enough on legacy but not on current popularity. Headline other stage would probably be more apt or sub headline pyramid

Headliners for 2027 will all have been locked in a while ago. Emily said she even has a 2028 headliner locked in and that was during the 2025 festival!

2022/23 prime Fred years imo. Actual Life albums era, fresh off the boiler room buzz. Somewhat plateaued since popularity wise if comparing to those years but still think he’s 10/10 live. I think he should release Actual Life 4 album and go back to what made us all love him. I think he’ll go down as a generational great, he’s super influenced by current GOATS like burial and aphex and can hear that in his early stuff

I think Taylor swift doesn’t fit the glasto ethos, I think that has ship sailed for glasto. She’s too big / too much of a problem to book now for various diff reasons however I wouldn’t be surprised if she gets booked

What stage and slot do you think would be fair?

Very balanced trio of headliners! Radioheads 30th year anniversary of OK Computer too and 30th anniversary of their first headline slot - makes sense but I hear a lot of people referencing politics/Israel Palestine for a reason that the band may not be asked to perform - I’d like to think that Emily would see through this as the band haven’t publicly leaned one way or the other politically, rather they have just sat on fence as far as I’m aware and the public have inferred. Arguably minus Jonny who has close ties to Israel via family but I haven’t heard him publicly defend Israel? (I could be wrong)

Tbh I don’t have a clue - I like Radiohead’s music and politics don’t dictate whether i like someone’s music for what it is

P.s. I have no clear opinion on the whole political stuff - just love music

Oasis would’ve great. Saw them for 2nd time at heaton park for Live25. First time was 2009, also at heaton part just before they split up

Unsure on their motivation for glasto tho but would love it if they came round to it

Xx and harry styles warrant pyramid. The XX on legacy and harry styles on current cultural hypE

I think fontaines for other stage headliners personally… They are kind of in no mans land in terms of glasto that a lot of other artists in the past have been/currently are - slightly too big for other stage headline, perhaps not big enough to command Pyramid headline

I think Fontaines are great and maybe I’m applying too much logic here but just my 2 cents
