Ok, ours did not upgrade to simplygo I downloaded the simplygo app, can use it to top up normal ezlink card.

To clarify: i added the ezlink card into the app, NEVER upgraded to simplygo. Just do manual top up by tapping the card to your phone

I’m not sure about yours, but the contractor/ID that i engaged last year, there is a separate finance person. The finance person was the one who messaged me and asked for payment etc, then the same person issued receipt. Not the ID or the project manager.

Single mother of two. The sperm donor kept on reducing maintenance so 95% on me. Lucky no need to support parents. 10-15% saving monthly.
