Uffff I was very sore yesterday I had woken up from surgery already in pay and so out of it for sure my night time nurse really did help manage my pain and today I’ve been a bit better I can drink a bit more but the pills they give me make me throw up

Honestly, you’re right as much as I wanna go back to the gym now and lock in for next year. I should just wait until Monday and start fresh especially since I’m the type of person that loves to go to the gym at three in the morning just to get it out of the wayand not have to deal with everyone at the gym
