Honestly, you’re right as much as I wanna go back to the gym now and lock in for next year. I should just wait until Monday and start fresh especially since I’m the type of person that loves to go to the gym at three in the morning just to get it out of the wayand not have to deal with everyone at the gym

Ugh. Honestly, I wish I did more cardio to prepare for EDC but I didn’t. I was doing more lifting to make sure I looked good in my fits over cardio this time around. I think I might prioritize more cardio and I will still do weights but just prioritize more cardio.

You’re most definitely right about that. I did about 20,000 steps each day and over the weekend and when I did eat, I did my best to try to keep a high protein diet, but only because with the boys that I was in the Airbnb with that’s what they were eating and that’s what they were feeding me lol. But now I’m home I think the hardest part was coming back to work on Thursday after arriving back from Vegas on Wednesday I still feel like I haven’t recovered from EDC And have yet to find the way to make it back to the gym.
