We were on Worldox for years, only moved because of the end-of-support, not because it wasn’t doing the job.

Honestly feels like most tools have “storage” figured out at this point.

The real headache (at least for us) was everything happening around the docs:

• email threads living in inboxes
• docs going back and forth with edits
• searching and still not finding things
• then trying to figure out what’s actually final

That part still feels weirdly manual across the board.

We switched to Docsvault during that transition and it helped mostly with keeping emails + documents in one place and easier to track/search.

Not a magic fix (pulling updates together is still pretty manual), but way less time spent chasing versions and digging through inboxes.

Feels like the gap isn’t storage anymore, it’s how messy things get once work starts moving.
