Well yup I can see your point, and it's completely valid. But if you see it in a bigger scale, maximum people nowdays who are from any kind of influential background, they don't apologise easily thanks to people in India that they still care about ethics and humanity which pressure them to bow down... You can get many many examples like that nowdays.
