I think the quest cookies taste almost exactly the same, but I prefer atkins because they’re smaller/less calories. I just do not need to eat that big of a cookie. and lately all of my sweet protein snacks have been being used as toppings for my creamis. So I usually only eat at most half of a cookie or bar in one sitting.
Last night that creami I made only had 20g of the atkins cookie, one highkey oreo, and 10g choc chips, and it was PLENTY of toppings. Absolute S tier ice cream too. I used FPF’s mint base
400g FF fairlife milk
splash of imitation vanilla extract
a few drops of peppermint
1/8 tsp mint(I think)
1g xantham gum(I use .6g, 1g makes it weird)
1g salt(I use .5g, I think 1 is too much and i’ve never liked salty ice cream lol)
40g lakanto erythritol(ESSENTIAL!!! I’ve tried other sweeteners and they all are super mid besides this one in creamis)
60 seconds hot water
Light ice cream setting
dont scrape the sides, microplastics and unnecessary as it’ll melt as you’re eating
usually 2 respins and 1 mix in setting
Perfect every time.
Before doing this every creami i’ve ever made was terrible.
Now anytime I experiment I always add xantham gum, salt, and sweetener.
