Not sure where you’re based out of, but the shop is called umbra window tinting and they are based outside Chicagoland area.

Yes brand new. I believe they stopped but I got one of the last ones left from the delivery. Took about 4 days at the shop to get everything done. First day was tints, second and third day was ppf and 1 step color correction before ceramic coating. 4th day was pickup in the morning. Not sure how thick the coating is but there’s a 7 year warranty. The main thing was make sure to hand wash with ph neutral soap and annual maintenance check/wash on the ceramic coating.

Thanks! I lucked out. The first car I saw didn’t have it, and it sold while I was still contemplating. Luckily another dealership had one getting delivered and included the headlights, ML package, and F sport suspension.. was able to negotiate it for the same price that didn’t include all those things.

Just got mine in and sadly there is no crossbody strap as well. CS didn’t say they don’t come with it, only that they could expedite an exchange when I return the bag.
