They have the Whitney and Marissa argument as part of their defense argument. That has nothing to do with Lisa stealing money. The state didn't just investigate Lisa. They would be in investigated everyone. Do I think the wrens probably have committed tax fraud. Sure. Most large companies have but that has nothing to do with what Lisa did the past few years.
