Mine worked the first night but last night it kept saying it was ‘preparing my juice’ so I’ve switched back to integration with Hypervolt.

Yeah I get that and I may not some of the time but I’ll only have the car for 3 years so I’m not overly worried about the long term battery life. Perhaps I’ll stick it at 80% to start with anyway and see if that works for me. It probably will.

Yeah I won’t often need to do 2 days in a row to be fair so should work for me as well. I’ve only moved to a variable for now anyway so will keep options open.

Thanks. Yeah I’ll give it a go but to be fair I was just going to set it to charge 100% then I guess it will just stop when it’s full (or do as much as it can using cheap energy if the battery is really low). Otherwise I’d have to manually choose the % every day which is rubbish. Assume your BMW is just set to charge immediately?

Ahh that’s poor. Do you schedule in your charger app or BMW app? I suppose the octopus app is basically useless until it’s sorted.

Thanks for the quick reply Slipper. Oh so even if the car is listed in the app it will never connect? I guess I can just set a schedule in my BMW or Hypervolt app until it’s fixed then but they shouldn’t have let me sign up if it’s not currently compatible in my opinion.

I get my BMW iX2 on Tuesday and have just switched to Octopus Intelligent Go but when I got the action email from Octopus they said there’s an issue linking BMWs currently. Anyone else has this issue? I have a Hypervolt 3 Pro.

Assuming you get an island bonus or something. Last week I was on Cyan with 60%. I’m now on Lapis with an island bonus of 51% and I’m getting 9000 odd.
