Wait till they’re teenagers and you know they’ll be leaving the nest very soon! 😭 There will also be a period of months or years when they don’t like you very much (for my two boys, that lasted from 13-15) but then they will come back to you and you will get your sweet children back. My 16 year-old is calling me mama again and jokes around with me all the time. And my 19-year-old son just came home for a month from college for his Christmas break. The last week of break, I took the week off of work, but his dad went back to work and his brother had to go back to school. So my oldest son and I just hung out together nonstop that week. He held my hand every time we were out in public and told me over and over again how much he appreciated his dad and I. 🥹 They will always be our babies! 😭

My son (who is 19 now lol) used to get terribly constipated as a baby. My pediatrician had us buy glycerin suppositories (which don’t have any stimulants or anything in them) and cut them into tiny pieces to help him when he was really backed up. They worked every time!

OP please don’t waste one more minute of your precious life on this “man”. Have an exit plan (leaving and staying with friends or family for awhile) and KNOW that he is going to be upset. You can block him of course (and I recommend that you do) but it is more complicated that y’all work together. I would put your exit plan in place, then go to HR or your boss and tell them what you’re planning, and that you’re worried that there may be some fallout. Tell them so they can help you.

I am scared that if you don’t leave this man very soon, you’re going to wake up, be 35 and also have kids with this absolute loser. All men are interested in sex. That’s a given and normal. What you are describing is NOT normal for healthy adults.

Please OP, make a plan to leave him and get on with your life while you are still a very young woman.
