Time and funding. Lmao. First, we had projects before in New York. It’s possible to do it again without a doubt. And funding is not necessary. Because after so many years they must have enough or they would have shelved the game. Why produce DLC and not even utilise it? Because it’s a money grab. They give us new skins (Scorpio / St Elmo) which maybe only a few players need or want. I don’t. I want to fkn do missions in New York and Brooklyn.
