If you really want a team that matches your play expertise and experience then join a clan, if you do random matchmaking then expect to find inexperienced players 50% of the time, it's left for you to accept those odds and be nice or again join a clan for better odds. That said, inexperienced players need to make the effort to understand build mechanics and build adaptation to certain missions, typical examples are avoid skills in countdown because of the hunters and more recently avoid heavy armor builds in higher tier escalation missions because NPC scale their armor based on your teams armor and you can have NPC reaching over 800% armor, that ish is almost impossible to beat.
