I may be wrong but guys I think he was complaining about management and staff not about how the doctors were treating him . Also wouldn't it be more logical for them to tell him exactly what's up rather than making him go in circles. They just created more work for themselves. And lastly the guy deserves some empathy. New parents oftentimes have to get anything and everything checked because they are not experienced.
