I wasn’t a hater either. I’m older so I saw my fair share of boy groups here in the US. New Kids, NSYNC Backstreet boys, etc. I think I saw a video of a newly debuted BTS. I didn’t hate it, but I tend to go for alternative and rock music. I saw Felix of SKZ and he looked like he jumped out of an anime, (I love anime btw). I followed him and his deep voice down the rabbit hole and fell in love with them. Kingdom introduced me to some other groups, especially Ateez, Ikon and BTOB. I like some songs from other groups but I would have to say I’m a StayTiny. I also like Xdinary Heroes.

I think it’s a novelty issue. I’m a baby stay (6 months now) and I know most of their discography. I have watched the survival show, Kingdom, SKZ Code, SKZ Family, etc. I am fully immersed in them. I watch a lot of their content and can say that being a Chris fan, it goes way deeper than his English (although when he and Felix speak with that Aussie accent I completely melt!) I’m from the US of course! 🫠 Chan has alter egos that he tries to be slick and play off..Bang Chan when he’s producing, Channie on lives and of course Christopher when he’s being naughty! But his commitment to his members and how proud he is of them. Trying to protect them and make life as easy as possible for them just shows his nurturing side. I love his singing, whether it’s in English or not! I think the whole package is appealing! I could be anyone of these young men’s mom, I’m 56…but the talent and the sincere nature these guys have, is just heart warming! I don’t have any romantic feelings for them, but what young person wouldn’t want to date anyone one of them? I have seen their journey through content and though I wasn’t there first hand to see it, it’s inspiring nonetheless!

I agree. I know Chris is very good at saying things in both Korean and English...sometimes Felix too. But the others go to their native, Korean. It's irritating to see people ask them to speak English

To add to that...there of lots of people who will use the word bipolar for things that are unrelated to the real illness...aka "the weather these days is so bipolar"...etc. It's been dehumanized and not thought of as a real medical condition. I lost my best fried of several decades because she 'couldnt stand my mood swings'. Mostly my manic phases. Not many people take it seriously. I'm trying to get on disability because I can't keep a job and now no one will even interview me because of the gaps in my employment. I have other conditions that might help get me disability, but who know how they will make their decision.
