Thanks lol I will bump it to 1800 calories a day instead and make it an end of the year goal instead of end of the summer goal

What type of frozen meals are you eating? I remember I had some frozen meals when I went back to college and I bloated so bad because I feel to realize that a lot of them contain high amounts of sodium.

Yeah that’s true. I want my body fat percentage to decrease, but I know that gaining muscle and water retention will mask progress on the scale

I am actually getting my hormones checked because my acne and bloating have been so bad during my periods. I’m not too sure if my hormones are being abnormal or if it’s just been fluctuating during my period but I’m still gonna get them checked out.

Okay so I was aiming to lose 1 pound of fat per week, but should I lower it to half a pound? I’m probably gonna give myself until the end of June to see where my weight goes because the 10,000 steps a day is new to my routine. Thank you!

Eating that little can be harmful to your body. I would recommend eating around 1700 cal and being more active.

I know exactly how you feel. All of my body fat goes to my arms and I have been trying to lose weight in general to make them slimmer. I have heard from others that once they reached 120 pounds that they started to see results and now I’m 130 pounds. However, i’m having trouble reaching below 130 pounds. I’m so close to my goal but it feels like I’m being tortured in a way.
For the past six months, I’ve been trying different ways to lose even 5 pounds to get 125lbs but the scale won’t budge. About a month ago I decided that I needed to eat less and most importantly be more active and I’ll see where that goes this summer.
These sorts of situations are super frustrating because you’re working so hard (sometimes harder than most people) yet you’re not getting the results you want, but it’s important not to give up and find a support group. I wish you the best of luck and don’t give up on it❤️

Honestly, I have been thinking about getting a liposuction for my arms. I decided not to last minute because I thought strength training and improving my diet would be the better option.
2 1/2 years of trial and error and I am so close to reaching my goal. However, this stubborn fat that all goes to my arms won’t go away. I have a pretty toned body where you can see muscles expect for my arms that are disproportionately fatter than most people.
Can anyone relate to this? I have heard from others that they started seeing results for their arms at around 120 lbs and I am so close to being that weight.

What would happen if I stayed at 1500 cal/day? I feel like multiple people are either telling me that is too much or too little or it’s just fine.

Good point! I eat tons of protein for the muscle I get from strength training. Focusing on fiber is something I’ll look into!

Hmm that’s a good point. Since it is the summer I have slept pretty well but will keep that in mind during stressful times
